Fence Contractors Tear Down Another New Wood Fence in Fuquay-Varina That Was Built Poorly

We do not make any official claims to be the best, but I think we are based on our experience in building nearly 1,000 wood fences. We certainly would NOT build a fence or a gate like this one below!

As you can tell by looking at it, it is less than one year old! If you look closely at the gate, it has already fallen to the point that the homeowner has to put a big rock underneath it to line up the latch when closing it! This wood privacy fence is located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. and is in a development still having homes built. The fence contractor did not put any signs on the fence (I guess I wouldn’t have either) so I don’t know who built it, but we are tearing it down today. The fence runs across the back of the development, separating the new houses from older houses not part of the development. Each yard that backs up to this fence has a gate to access the other side. We are only tearing down the section belonging to my customer and part of his yard, originally, I told the customer we should rebuild the gate and allow me to put a 6X6 wood post and 3 hinges on it so he would not have this problem later. He decided that since the entire fence was built so poorly, he wants us to tear it down and build a new fence across the back of his property to match the new fence we will be building for the rest of his yard.

As you know, this is not the first fence we have had to tear down after an incompetent fence contractor ripped someone off! It sickens me to see fence contractors not having any craftsmanship anymore. And as a fence contractor who sells and installs wood, chain link, aluminum, and vinyl fences in Raleigh, I see this more and more every day.

This wood fence built in Fuquay Varina North Carolina, should have never been paid for, and the fence contractor should not be installing fences in the Raleigh area. There is hardly a section of fence in the run of hundreds of feet of wood privacy fence that shouldn’t be taken down, but we will only be taking down the section in this homeowners yard.

It’s already Friday again, that means it is time for us to Highlight another home improvement blog.

As I went through my Google Reader this morning, I noticed I had been neglecting it. I hadn’t been in the reader in a few days and had stacked up quite a large amount of feeds. How awesome is that!
