Free Estimates For The Raleigh NC Area

Our contractors, ALWAYS offer free estimates. HOWEVER, we do things differently than our competitors. We do NOT do onsite estimates. We base all of our prices by the foot. Because we don't do physical estimates, we are able to save you hundreds of dollars on the cost of a fence. Whether you need a wood, wrought iron, aluminum, vinyl, or even bamboo fencing, we can likely save you money. There are a multitude of reasons for having this policy at our company.

free onsite estimates, meet your fence contractor in person.

We cannot possibly visit each site for each customer that calls our company. We service more than a 200 MILE RADIUS, and if you are 150 miles away, it is not possible for us to visit the site before hand. This concept benefits both you and us. We are able to eliminate our estimate costs and pass the savings onto you.

Codes

I have spent hours upon hours researching the codes for many of our local ordinances. You can find these codes here:

Apex Fence Ordinance

Cary Fence Ordinance

Durham Fence Ordinance

Holly Springs Fence Ordinance

Raleigh Fence Ordinance

North Carolina Pool Code

Protection For Both Sides

Probably the most common reason for other companies giving onsite estimates is because they are SALESMAN. Their job is to SELL YOU on HIRING their company.

They also usually like to get a deposit check. This is a critical mistake that you are making if you plan to give them money up front. A contract is the best protection for the homeowner and the contractor. And any reasonable company will not accept any funds until the materials are at the job site.

And, what if the measurements they provide you are incorrect? Are you relying on them to tell you the truth? Measure yourself just to be sure.

As the homeowner, you need to exercise caution when contracting with a fence company in the Raleigh/Durham area. It should be very clear exactly what you are getting for the amount you are paying your contractor. You may want gates to swing a certain way or be specifically located, the size and type of materials need to be specified and discussed to be sure you, the consumer, are getting exactly what you are looking for, and probably most importantly you should feel comfortable having paperwork detailing the agreement
